All products manufactured by Red Rock Fabrication, LLC are intended for off road use only. Red Rock Fabrication, LLC makes no guarantees as to the safety or legality of our products for use on public roads. Under no circumstances shall Red Rock Fabrication, LLC be held liable for any accidents, injuries, fatalities, or property damages resulting from the use of our products on or off road.
- WARRANTY -
Red Rock Fabrication products are warranted to be free from material and workmanship defects for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle the Red Rock product was originally installed on (proof of purchase is required). This warranty is non-transferable. Red Rock Fabrication is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages such as, labor fees, loss of use, loss of time and freight associated with the failure of any products. Any product that has been abused, altered, incorrectly installed or used in competition and races is not covered.
Red Rock Fabrication does not warrant any product finish. This warranty excludes bushings, rubber or plastic stops, light bulbs, bearings, seals, hardware, latches, striker pins, handles, and pop pins as these items are subject to wear and are not considered defective when worn.
- RETURN POLICY -
Due to the nature of our products we are unable to accept returns for non-defective items.
- MISPRINT POLICY -
We do our best to provide you with the most up-to-date and accurate product and pricing information. In the event that an error does occur for a product you have ordered, we reserve the right to correct or cancel the order at any time. We will promptly correct the error on our website as soon as we are aware of the problem. If there is an error in regards to pricing for a product you have ordered we will contact you immediately, however, we will not be held responsible for pricing typo's. In the event that you are shipped an incorrect product, we will gladly take the product back and issue you a full refund.
